The black PowerShot SX620 HS from Canon is a sleek digital camera featuring a high-resolution 20.2MP CMOS sensor along with a powerful DIGIC 4+ image processor. The sensor and processor combine to form the Canon HS SYSTEM, which produces imagery with notable clarity and quality, as well as reduced noise when working at high sensitivities in low-light conditions. Great camera for amateur photographers This camera is just perfect for me. I’m not a professional but I do like to take nice photos. The Canon SX620 HS does just that. I’ve had several cameras of similar style over the years and have enjoyed them, but this one is exceeding my expectations as far as photos go. I’ve added a couple of photos taken with the camera to show the versatility and clarity. You do have to read the manual to understand what the different settings will do, but it’ll be worth it. The photo of the moon in eclipse was taken on “Handheld Night Scene” mode and would have been totally fuzzy otherwise. Both photos use the zoom feature. I highly recommend this to people who want to take nice photos without getting into professional grade cameras.
Great camera for the price and the size is perfect Used for the first time on vacation. Takes great photos. Image stabilization is exceptional – photos taken while on a boat are great. Nighttime photos are also good when using the night photo function. Camera is compact and fit in my handbag. Iâm unlikely to be lugging around my 35mm SLR camera anymore.
The camera is awesome and we went back and were amazed by things … I bought this camera for my honeymoon in Maui. A better deal can probably be found if you buy all the other pieces separately. The case fell apart on our first 4 mile hike and Ill be buying a new one. If I could rate the case I would give it one star. The velcro on the case never actually worked. Im giving this a 4 star review because of the quality of the camera itself the rest of the products in this package were ok.
